Consumer Health Resource Information Service (CHRIS) guide

The Consumer Health Resource Information Service (CHRIS) guide for faith-based organizations and communities was developed by the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) for those who would like to initiate a CHRIS program in their community or worship center.

The tool kit—a companion piece for the guide—contains valuable online resources and copies of the letters, forms and other related materials used in the pilot project that can be modified to meet the needs of any community.

You will need the Adobe Reader to view these files. A free copy may be downloaded from the Adobe Web site.
