Cut Flowers

Effective September 25, 1997, PPQ no longer requires written permits for the importation of cut flowers under the authority of 7 CFR 319.74, unless they have berries attached, are regulated under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), or are in transit through the United States.

If cut flowers for importation have berries attached, please complete an application to Import Plants or Plant Products.

  • Apply for a Permit - Use PPQ Form 587, Application for Permit to Import Plants or Plant Products
