Motorcycle Replacement Cards
Contact your Garrison Safety Office for a replacement card. If you completed training through a civilian training provider, please contact that site for a replacement card. The U.S. Army Combat Readiness/Safety Center and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation do not maintain course completion records.
