Does EIA have maps or information on the location of electric power plants and transmission lines?

EIA has maps with the general location of power plants (with at least 100 Megawatt capacity) and major electric power transmission lines in individual states and for the United States.  

EIA does not publish any other information on the location of power lines. The location of all generators above one megawatt in capacity are in the "PlantYyy" file of the EIA-860 database.
