Deployment Lifecycle

Deployment Lifecycle Overview

A Military Service Member’s departure to active duty is just one piece of the deployment lifecycle. The phases that come before and after deployment are critical to ensuring a manageable process for the employee’s team. The Military Service Member requires different levels of support from a supervisor, HR professional and coworkers at different stages. Refer to the Deployment Lifecycle as a guide to learn about the various phases and the role you play in the process.
