The mission of the Medical Boards Section is to process Medical Evaluation Boards, Temporary Disability Retirement Reevaluations, Permanent Profiles, Medical Military Occupational Retention Board referrals, Line of Duties, and Reserve/National Guard Retention Evaluations through channels until completion. Assistance is also given to Reserve/Guard soldiers at EAMC for follow up care for "line of duty" injuries/illness. Medical Evaluation Boards acts as a Liaison between the Medical Center (patients) and the Disability Processing System.
