Congressman Michael Burgess announces that his district office staff will be hosting a “Cooke County Office Hours” on Monday May 21, 2012, 9:00-11:00 AM at Lake Kiowa Lodge, Southwest Room, 905 Kiowa Drive West, Gainesville, TX 76240.  Dr. Burgess’ staff will be present along with Benelle Fitts, Benefits Counselor with the Cooke County Area Agency on Aging (AAA).  Ms. Fitts will provide a briefing on the AAA which provides a variety of program and services for individuals 60 years of age or older and those with disabilities.  No reservations are required to attend this briefing.

Each month Congressman Burgess’ staff holds regularly scheduled Cooke County Office Hours at Gainesville City Hall on the 2nd Monday of each month from 9:00 - 11:00 AM.  Check upcoming dates at: http://burgess.house.gov/Contact/CookeCounty.htm.   Congressman Burgess’ staff is available to assist individuals with claims related to various federal agencies or take direct comments from constituents on local or national concerns.  If you have questions regarding an upcoming staff visit, please contact Robin Vaughan, District Administrator, in the Lewisville District office by phone at (972) 434-9700 or email to robin.vaughan@mail.house.gov.
