Who can use the ARNG G1 Personnel Gateway?
All ARNG HR Professionals, Other G Staff and J Staff, Soldiers, Family Members, Veterans, Retirees, DA Civilians, Contractors and the general public can use this website. Information in each of the five Gateway sections is tailored to the specific stakeholder group. |
The information referenced for a specific process is incorrect. How can I provide correct information?
The Gateway allows subject matter experts at both State and the National Guard Bureau level to comment on any information they feel is inaccurate or outdated. To submit your comments or updates, please click the “Feedback/Lessons Learned” button and complete the required fields. When submitting the comment, you will find that there is an opportunity to provide text descriptions of the inaccuracies identified in the processes. The Gateway Team will forward your comments to the ARNG subject matter expert for their review and update. |
I do not understand a specific process step that appears on the process map. Where do I go for additional information?
To receive additional information regarding a process step, move your cursor to the process step on the map, hold down control and then click. A data dictionary will open in the left hand navigation bar. This data dictionary provides in-depth information and associated documents and reference materials, involved systems, and any regulations impacting the process step. If this does not answer your question, you can submit a request for further clarification or guidance through the “Feedback/Lessons Learned” button located in the top, right corner of the page. |
I need to prepare a packet that includes multiple processes. How do I print out multiple processes?
Click on the “HR Process Guides” button located on the left side of the HR Community Home page. This will bring up an alphabetical list of all of the processes on the Gateway. Select an individual process and then choose which reference material to print including process maps, data dictionaries, and/or any associated documents. Return to the “HR Process Guide” list to print material from additional processes. |
There is a broken link on the Gateway page. How do I correct this?
Please click on the “Feedback/Lessons Learned” button at the top, right of the page and submit a comment that contains a summary of the site failure and include the link that is not working correctly and where it is found on the page. The Gateway team will work to correct the issue in a timely manner. |
