Cooperative Agreements for State Adolescent Treatment Enhancement and Dissemination
This Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration program provides funding to states, territories and Tribes to help them improve substance abuse treatment for adolescents. Recipients will develop learning laboratories in collaboration with community-based treatment providers. The goal is to put in place evidence-based practices that prevent youth from using drugs and alcohol; result in young people getting education, vocational training and jobs; improve social connectedness; and keep young people from getting in trouble with the law.
