Abstract: This report, one in a series of Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) Grantee updates, describes the urgent need for and access to quality health care along the U.S./Mexico border. It discusses the Ryan White CARE Act SPNS Border Health initiatives established to eliminate health disparities for people living with HIV/AIDS. The report includes tables and charts that illustrate surveys conducted on the illness.
