Please complete the following form and select up to three MLA titles you are considering for adoption. You will have sixty days to examine the publication(s). If you adopt the title(s) for your course, you must submit proof within sixty days. Please return to the MLA any book(s) you do not adopt. After sixty days we will charge your credit card for any exam copies not returned and for which proof of adoption has not been provided.
