OS-14 Oversupply Rate Proceeding
The OS-14 rate proceeding, which will establish rates to recover the costs incurred under BPA’s Oversupply Management Protocol, is being conducted concurrently with and on the same schedule as the BP-14 rate proceeding. Please refer to the OS-14 Secure Rate Case Website to view documents submitted in connection with this proceeding.

OS-14 Federal Register Notice Publication
BPA published a notice in the Federal Register on November 8, 2012 (Federal Register Notice) announcing the commencement of the OS-14 Rate Case.  The Federal Register Notice also provided information on the submittal of public comment during the public comment period.

Upon publication of the FRN, ex parte began and will continue in effect throughout the duration of the rate case. The ex parte rules prohibit BPA from having discussions about substantive rate case matters outside of formal rate case proceedings. All discussions concerning substantive rate matters must take place in publicly noticed meetings. Please refer to this letter discussing the ex parte rule for additional information.

BP-14 Rate Proceeding
