Electronic Questionnaires for Investigation Processing Information

As one of the agencies participating with OPM in the President's e-GOV initiative, the Department is pleased to announce the availability of the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP). e-QIP is a major piece of the electronic Clearance (e-Clearance) process, now available on line via a secure website, accessible from any computer with an Internet connection. This allows you to complete and store an electronic version of the Standard Form 86 (SF-86).
