Updated 09/27/2012. Customers with an asterisk have been updated since the BP-12 TOCAs were published on 09/20/2011. Such customers' TOCAs and Non-Slice TOCAs were revised pursuant to the TOCA Adjustment, GRSP II.T. Slice Percentages were revised to align with rounding language in Exhibit K of the Slice/Block CHWM Contract.

Forecast rate impact by customer. Results are consistent with the Forecast TRM Billing Determinants Model for BP-12 and REP-12 (TRMbd_BP2012). These results do not include impacts caused by Presubscription, WP-10 Stepped Rate Option, EPP, or Lookback. Therefore, these results will vary from individual customer rate impacts provided to customers through their Account Executive from BPA’s official Rate Impact Model.
