Sen Franken Co-Sponsors Sens. Coburn and Vitter's Amendment

Senators Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) and David Vitter (R-La.) sponsored an amendment (SA 2864) to force Senators to use the Public Option if it is included in the Senate Health Care bill. Senator Franken joins Sens Dodd (D-Conn.), Brown (D-Ohio), and Mikulski (D-Md.).
