Last week, I had the unique opportunity to celebrate the successful berthing of SpaceX’s Dragon capsule with the ISS, while visiting one of NASA’s closest partners in space exploration, Japan. I can tell you that our Japanese partners were almost as excited by this achievement as we all were.

The men and women who serve our nation are dedicated to the goal of making government work for all Americans. Test Fire of Commercial Cargo Rocket Engine May 03, 2012 07:39:53 PM | Lori Garver
 
Earlier today, I was at NASA’s Stennis Space Center to watch a test of Aerojet’s AJ26 Engine E9, which will provide first-stage power for Orbtial Sciences’ Antares rockets on their ISS cargo supply missions. Orbital is preparing for an August test flight under NASA’s Commercial Orbital Transportation Systems program.
