Blue Star Mothers

The Blue Star Mothers was founded by service members' moms during World War II. Any mother with a son or daughter in the military can join.

Books For Soldiers

The Military Family Research Institute is a cross-departmental research program housed at Purdue University and funded by the Department of Defense, Office of Military Community and Family Policy. My Army Life Too - Here you will find an online Family Readiness Group training course. The purpose of this training is to offer support, assistance and trianing to FRG Leaders, no matter your geographic location or schedule. Leading an FRG focuses on four main areas, Managing, Leading, Connecting and Empowering. These four leadership rings overlap, and Army Soldiers and families are the core and primary focus of the FRG.

Soldiers' Angels

Soldiers' Angels currently supports thousands of American Service Members stationed wherever we raise our Country's Flag and the number is growing daily. Operation Shoe Box

Operation ShoeBox was founded in 2003 in an effort to send support, snacks and much needed personal care items to our troops deployed outside of the USA and we encourage citizens to support their fighting men and women deployed overseas in these dangerous times. The most frequent response we get from the "boots on the ground" is that receiving mail from the home front is a huge morale boost!
