We try very hard to reply to every email we receive, but we may get as many as 30 messages a day that require a reply, so we are not always able to answer every one. We apologize for that, but are not in a position to improve that situation right now. We answer 90% or more of our emails, but are sometimes asked questions that require more time--something that we always seem to have too little of. If you have emailed us, and have not received a reply, or the reply you wanted to receive, it is most likely because of one or more reasons below:

• Your return address is wrong. Fully 15% of all the email messages we reply to are bounced back to us because the email address is incorrect or incomplete. This is particularly upsetting to us when we have spent 15 to 20 minutes answering a question. Not only is it a waste of our time, but you probably think that we didn't even try to answer you. So please doublecheck your return address before you click on send.
• You have asked a question that entire books have been written about, and we simply do not have the time or resources to write a 50 page letter back to you.
