Maj. Gen. John W. Raymond, vice commander, Fifth Air Force, and deputy commander, Thirteenth Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, Yokota Air Base, Japan, to director, plans and policy, J-5, Headquarters U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.
Brig. Gen. Jerry D. Harris Jr., commander, 56th Fighter Wing, Air Education and Training Command, Luke Air Force Base, Ariz., to vice commander, Fifth Air Force, and deputy commander, Thirteenth Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, Yokota Air Base, Japan.
Col. Michael D. Rothstein, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, commander, 35th Fighter Wing, Pacific Air Forces, Misawa Air Base, Japan, to commander, 56th Fighter Wing, Air Education and Training Command, Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.
Brig. Gen. Scott D. West, deputy director, operations, plans, programs and requirements, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, to commander, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M.
Brig. Gen. James N. Post III., commander, 354th Fighter Wing, Pacific Air Forces, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, to deputy director, operations, plans, programs and requirements, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
Col. Mark D. Kelly, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, chief of staff, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, to commander, 354th Fighter Wing, Pacific Air Forces, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska.
