Reinstatement of Removal of the Virginia Northern Flying Squirrel From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing this final rule to comply with a court order that has the effect of reinstating the removal of the Virginia northern flying squirrel from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.

The Department of Commerce published the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain orange juice (OJ) from Brazil.
Pitch and Roll Limiting Functions
These special conditions are issued for the Embraer S.A. Model EMB-550 airplane. This airplane will have a novel or unusual design feature associated with pitch and roll limiting functions, specifically an electronic flight control system which contains fly-by-wire control laws, including envelope protections.
Financial Market Utilities
Section 806(a) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act permits the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to authorize a Federal Reserve Bank to establish and maintain an account for financial market utilities that are designated as systemically important by the Financial Stability Oversight Council.
Wheelchair Elevator
The Food and Drug Administration is publishing an order granting a petition requesting exemption from premarket notification requirements for wheelchair elevator devices commonly known as inclined platform lifts and vertical platform lifts. These devices are used to provide a means for a person with a mobility impairment caused by injury or other disease to move from one level to another, usually in a wheelchair.

Notices
This category contains non-rulemaking documents that are applicable to the general public and named parties.
