Monique Duverglas, 35th Maintenance Group Exercise Evaluation Team member, evaluates the safety and serviceability of a pylon on an F-16 Fighting Falcon during an Initial Response Readiness Exercise on Jan. 10, 2013. The mission of the 35 MXG is to provide safe and reliable aircraft, equipment and munitions to train the world’s finest F-16 pilots and maintainers. Some areas that the 35th Fighter Wing is evaluated on during an IRRE include command and control, deployment processing, employment readiness, information operations and force protection.
