NFC offers various types of training for each product line or system. Each offering provides detailed information on the use of these systems. Agencies can take advantage of the offerings that are most beneficial to your processing environment. The NFC training resources that are available include the following:

User Productivity Kit (UPK) Training – Information on UPK can be found below.

User Productivity Kit (UPK) Training @ NFC

As part of NFC’s Training Program, we offer a Web-based, electronic training for EmpowHR and webTA. We encourage agencies to take advantage of these training modules. This training is developed using a software simulation training tool named User Productivity Kit (UPK). UPK training modules provide students with self-paced, interactive automated training that is available whenever they need it from their own desktop.

To access the UPK training, each user will need to establish a User ID and password. To establish a new UserID, click the CREATE NEW LOGIN link at the bottom of the UPK Login page. Please use your work email address as the UserID. We suggest that you return periodically to view enhanced content and new UPK training opportunities.
