10/20/2011 - Airmen from the 86th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, move an engine maintenance stand into position to work on a C-130J Super Hercules engine during Operation Thracian Fall 2011, Oct. 18, 2011 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. OTF11 is an off-station training exercise designed to enhance interoperability between U.S. and Bulgarian Air Forces as well as build partnerships with paratroopers from both.
