YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Col. Otto Feather and Chief Master Sgt. Benjamin Caro Jr. perform a preflight walk-around on a C-130H Hercules at Yokota Air Base, Japan, March 26, 2011. Colonel Feather, 374th Airlift Wing commander, flew five pallets of potable water to Sendai Airport to be distributed to Japanese citizens in need.
