On Friday, November 2, Border Patrol agent David R. Delaney collapsed and died while patrolling on foot near the Big Bend National Park. Agent Delaney is survived by his wife Evelyn, his two daughters Angelica and Katria, and his son Jonas. He entered on duty as a member of the 536th academy session on December 12, 2002.
