GPS Leaders Receive Honors from Institute of Navigation
(Feb 7) The Institute of Navigation (ION) recently bestowed awards to two U.S. government officials who have made significant contributions to the GPS program. Anthony Russo (former director of the National Coordination Office for Space-Based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) was honored for his efforts to prevent interference to GPS users from the proposed LightSquared network.
