The Child Care Subsidy Program provides financial assistance for federal employees who meet specific income criteria. PSC manages the subsidy program and serves as liaison to ensure that subsidy payments are made directly to the child care provider on a timely basis. - Application guidance and necessary application forms
- Subsidy application assistance
- Review and processing of subsidy applications
- Confirmation of approval and appropriate follow up with applicants

Performance:
95% of parent calls and requests for information will be responded to within one (1) business day.
95% of employee child care subsidy applications will be reviewed and sent to the contractor within three (3) business days of receipt.
Rate:
Subsidy amount per month plus 23.46% surcharge
