MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION
SUBJECT: United States Army Garrison Humphreys, Policy Letter #18, Use of Freedom Field
1. The proponency for this policy is the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security.
2. This policy letter is effective immediately. It remains in effect until rescinded or superseded.
3. Freedom Field is open for purposes of military ceremonies and MWR activities only.
4. Freedom Field is off limits for PT, training activities, and any other activity that may cause surface damage.
a. The field may be closed, without notice, at any time due to inclement weather.
b. PT and training activities may be conducted at Soldier Field/Independence Park.
5. Request for use can be coordinated through DPTMS, Bldg 1280, USAG Humphreys.
6. Request for use for activities other than previously stated must be approved by the Garrison CSM.
7. Point of contact for issues or reservations can be reached at 754-6735.
