Our mission is to provide a customer service program which offers training, surveys and data collection and analysis to enhance patient satisfaction and staff pride as well as being patient advocates for problem/concern resolution and service recovery.

Our vision is to provide the impetus for Womack Army Medical Center to rank first in customer service and patient satisfaction among all medical treatment facilities worldwide.
