Mission:
The Unform Business Office purpose is to consolidate collection processing, analysis, and reporting of accounting related activities under one umbrella.  Third party Collections Program, Medical Service Accounts, and Medical Affirmative Claims are the three programs within UBO.  These programs provide accounts receivable management for all patients and insurance accounts in the revenue cycle operation for Womack Army Medical Center. 

The mission is to maximize allowable health care cost recovery within compliance guidelines in order to support the operational and readiness mission of the Military Health System (MHS).  Our primary focus is to increase collections for the Command thereby directly benefiting and enhancing patient care.
