Only a few medical Soldiers earn the Army’s prestigious badge
Schofield, Barracks – Out of 170, only 46 U.S. Army Pacific medical Soldiers received the Army’s coveted Expert Field Medical Badge during a ceremony, here, 8 Nov. After a two week train-up and test period from 28 Oct. – 8 Nov., the remaining Soldiers ran onto the field during a badge ceremony to represent a passing rate of 27% of the candidates this year. Only 17% obtained the badge in 2010. |

Pacific Regional Medical Command, Hawaii – Staff Sgt. Taysia Jackson, paralegal, 18th MEDCOM (DS) is inducted into the PRMC Sergeant Audie Murphy Club in the Kieser Auditorium at Tripler Army Medical Center 3 July. Jackson becomes the newest member of the branches club. |
