As approved by the Judicial Conference, on December 1, 2007, the new Official Forms 1, 3A, 3B, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9,10, 16A, 18, 19, 21, 23, and 24 became effective. The forms are available at http://www.prb.uscourts.gov.

Please be advised that the CM/ECF system will be shutdown from Friday, February 16, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. until Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at 7:00 a. m. due to an electrical shutdown in the Jose V. Toledo Building. The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority will be performing modifications in the building substation related to the installation of our new full load emergency generator.
Beginning February 1, 2007, all district and bankruptcy court CM/ECF users that pay fees through the Pay.gov system will be required to complete the security code field to complete the transaction.
Please be advised that the CM/ECF system will be shutdown from Sunday,January 14, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. until Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at 12:00 Noon for a replacement of the existing network switches in the Jose V. Toledo Building.
The system will be shut down on Friday December 15, 2006 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for maintenance purposes.
Web Browser must support 128 bit encription - Effective December 1, 2006 Pay.Gov will only allow payments via web browsers that support 128 bit encryption. Filers with the court should verify that their browser supports this requirement. This change is to meet a Treasury Dept. requirement. The browsers that fulfill the minimum requirement are Internet Explorer v6.0 or greater, Mozilla Firefox v1.5 or greater, Mozilla v1.7 or greater, Netscape v7.0 or greater, and Safari v1.2 or greater (for MAC). The browsers that do not filfill the minumum requirements are Internet Explorer v5.5 or lower, and Netscape v4.x or lower.
Due to an unforeseen maintenance event we were forced to convert CM/ECF toVERSION 3.0 ahead of schedule, starting Saturday September 16, 2006. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused by this situation, if you have any problems please contact the CM/ECF Help Desk at (787) 977-6115.

Please be advised that on April 9, 2006 from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM Pay.gov will be unavailable for transaction processing due to a required scheduled maintenance. On Sunday, March 19, our credit card verification data provider will be undergoing a system upgrade between 12:00 AM and 6:00 Eastern Time. This means that Pay.gov will be unable to authorize credit card transactions during this time period. ACH transactions will not be affected. Please contact the Pay.gov Technical Support Help Desk by email at pay.gov.clev@clev.frb.org or by phone at 800-624-1373, option 2, to discuss any questions or concerns.
Effective August 28, 2005 - all CM/ECF users making fee payments by Internet credit card through Pay.gov must use Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher as their browser. This is the only browser supported by the most recent version, 3.2, of the Treasury’s Pay.gov system, which is scheduled to be deployed on August 28, 2005.

Previous versions of Pay.gov worked with Netscape 4.7. However, recent testing of version 3.2 has confirmed that this will no longer be the situation. Therefore, you are encouraged to acquire and use Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher as soon as possible for all fee payments, if you have not already done so. Netscape will continue to work with CM/ECF so long as interaction with Pay.gov for fee payments is not necessary. See www.prb.uscourts.gov for additional information or call 787-977-6115

Pay.gov informed us that in an effort to provide a more predictable schedule of availability and allow adequate opportunity to perform system maintenance and incorporates system enhancements, a recurring weekly block of time has been dedicated for these activities. Each week on Sunday morning from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM Eastern Time, any system maintenance needs, hardware upgrades, or application fixes & enhancements that need to be implemented will utilize this block of time. During this time the CM/ECF system will be available with all its features except the payment option.
