As approved by the Judicial Conference, on December 1, 2007, the new Official Forms 1, 3A, 3B, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9,10, 16A, 18, 19, 21, 23, and 24 became effective. The forms are available at http://www.prb.uscourts.gov.

Toledo Building. The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority will be performing modifications in the building substation related to the installation of our new full load emergency generator.
Beginning February 1, 2007, all district and bankruptcy court CM/ECF users that pay fees through the Pay.gov system will be required to complete the security code field to complete the transaction.
Please be advised that the CM/ECF system will be shutdown from Sunday,January 14, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. until Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at 12:00 Noon for a replacement of the existing network switches in the Jose V. Toledo Building.

Web Browser must support 128 bit encription - Effective December 1, 2006 Pay.Gov will only allow payments via web browsers that support 128 bit encryption. Filers with the court should verify that their browser supports this requirement. This change is to meet a Treasury Dept. requirement. The browsers that fulfill the minimum requirement are Internet Explorer v6.0 or greater, Mozilla Firefox v1.5 or greater, Mozilla v1.7 or greater, Netscape v7.0 or greater, and Safari v1.2 or greater (for MAC). The browsers that do not filfill the minumum requirements are Internet Explorer v5.5 or lower, and Netscape v4.x or lower.

Previous versions of Pay.gov worked with Netscape 4.7. However, recent testing of version 3.2 has confirmed that this will no longer be the situation. Therefore, you are encouraged to acquire and use Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher as soon as possible for all fee payments, if you have not already done so.
