Withdrawals of Objections
The following change is effective upon the implementation of CM/ECF v3.2. Due to the statistical reporting requirements enacted as part of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Action of 2005 (BAPCPA), Withdrawals of Objections must now be filed by a motion using the CM/ECF event of Motion to Dismiss/Withdraw Document. It is not necessary to submit a proposed order for this type of motion.
Chapter 13 Plan Payment Modification
Due to the statistical reporting requirements enacted as part of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA), objections to the Chapter 13 Plan Payment Modification to Reflect Change in On-Going Mortgage Payments must be filed using the CM/ECF event of Bankruptcy->Plan->Objection to Amended Plan. Objections to the Chapter 13 Plan Payment Modification to Reflect Change in On-Going Mortgage Payments filed using any other CM/ECF event will be processed as deficient.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CHAPTER 13 PLAN
Effective immediately, paragraphs 4(A) and 4(B) of the standard Chapter 13 Plan are amended by adding the words "to be retained" after the word "collateral".
