To be authorized to use CEDR, fill out the online Sign Up Form. Upon your completion a set of files and your provided information will be sent to you as confirmation with instructions on where to send your pre-filled forms.

We'll send the login.

Upon receipt of the approval for your account, we will reach out to you and send the login credentials that you will use to authenticate and download the data file sets. The review of these statements generally takes place in a very short time.
