Appointment Line: Monday - Friday: 6 a.m.-9 p.m., and Saturday - Sunday: 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Closures for Training: Services for routine care and Pharmacy services are typically closed every 4th Thursday afternoon of the month starting at 1:00 pm, with some variation. Training afternoons for 2010 are: June 24, July 22, August 26, September 16, October 28, November 18, and December 16.

Cancellation Process: Contact the Appointment Line to cancel appointments not later than 24 hours before the appointment if possible.

Specialty appointment process: Most specialty clinics require a referral from your PCM to schedule an appointment.

Documents to Bring: For all appointments, patients are asked to bring proper DoD identification such as the Common Access Card (CAC) and dependent identification card, and a list of all current medications.

DEERS: The MPS Customer Service section on Langley has an appointment system available for your use. Appointments are available for issuing ID cards, DEERs transactions, citizenship applications, SGLI/FSGLI, etc. Note: Passport/Visa applications are only handled on a walk-in basis. The system allows all personnel (to include dependents and retirees) the opportunity to schedule an appointment online.

tabAbout the 633rd Medical Group
The 633rd Medical Group works and trains as a team to maintain a maximum state of readiness for any contingency while providing quality service to its internal and external customers. The group's 900 personnel maintain a full-service, 65-bed hospital providing inpatient, outpatient and emergent care. The group operates a satellite pharmacy at the Joint Base Langley-Eustis Base Exchange, as well as a dermatology Clinic at the NASA location and a full-service dental clinic.
