Training Development Division
Mission -
Develop and provide training strategies, programs, products, and systems to enhance the combat effectiveness of the current and future Armor, Reconnaissance / Cavalry, and Infantry Force.
- Key Functions:
- Individual task analysis, development, and management (CMF 11 & 19).
- Develop new system training strategies.
- Develop and coordinate training system support concepts.
- Manage course Programs of Instruction (POIs) & assist in developing lesson plans and POIs.

Task Analysis Branch
Mission -
Manage MCoE individual tasks, export task-based training publications, ensure the ASAT database is fully functional.
- Key Functions:
- Analyze, develop, and revise individual tasks (CMF 11 & 19).
- Conduct Critical Task and Site Selection Boards.
- Manage the training development database, currently ASAT, migrating to TDC.
- Distribute tasks to operational Army through publication of STPs and DTMS.
- Analyze, develop and revise task-based MCoE graphic training aids.

Publications Support Division
Mission -
To provide the highest quality doctrine & training literature, graphic training aids, multimedia products, & special publications in support of the MCoE Soldier & US Armed Forces.
Key Functions:
- Manage MCoE (Infantry/Armor) portion of the Army Doctrine/Training Literature Program. (Over 125 publications with 14 new for FY13.)
- Manage/develop/design GTAs (67+) for the DA-Graphic Training Aids Program.
- Provide editorial & graphic art support for publications development, training projects, multimedia projects, CG requests & to other TRADOC Schools.
- Compile, maintain, and replicate CDs/DVDs of publications, videos, course materials in support of all Fort Benning training and other projects. (20,000 annually since 2001.)
