APHIS' Biotechnology Quality Management System Training Sessions
APHIS BRS conducted two training sessions for the pilot development project participants. The first session focused on the APHIS BQMS and a discussion of quality management systems and their value, the terminology used in quality management systems, documenting procedures, managing records and information flow. The second session defined process and system analysis and development, the concept of continual improvement, the purpose of audits, the role of an auditor, and audit conformance, non-conformance, and reporting.
