Retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Phillip Holsey, picks fresh apples from the Commissary Feb. 12, 2013, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. The Health and Wellness Center can help people achieve fitness and health goals by offering commissary tours. These tours provide knowledge about serving sizes, ingredients, calories and other nutrition-related topics. The tours are held on the second Wednesday of every month and last about 45 minutes.
