July 9, 2009 - Version 9.01.00 Report Updater

Important – If you have downloaded and installed I-Suite Version 9.01.00 Server Update, Full Client or Client Update, prior to July 10, 2009, it is necessary to download and run the Reports Updater with every installation. You will also need to discard any copies of the installs downloaded prior to July 10, 2009. New installation packages have been corrected and re-posted on the Download Page.

Posting of I-Suite import files on the ROSS Data Delivery System (DDS) has been discontinued.

April 10, 2009 - ROSS Import

The ROSS Import to I-Suite is now available with the new patch. You can access the I-Suite ROSS Import link by clicking on "ROSS Import" in the left navigation menu. A ROSS user account username and password is required.

April 1, 2009 - *Patch 8-3*

The primary focus of this patch is to allow importing ROSS data from Cognos in an htm or html file format and update the AD pay rates to the 2009 approved rates. February 2, 2009 - e-ISuite: The next generation of I-Suite

The e-ISuite system is a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) enabled I-Suite application for use at the Incident Command Post (ICP) and in agency offices to manage emergency incidents and planned events. January 26, 2008 - ROSS Import Reverts to Previous Method

The new process for the ROSS Import effective January 1, 2009 is causing problems with some government computers. The system that was in place before January 1 is currently functional until the issues have been resolved.

December 13, 2008 - ROSS Import Change Effective Jan 1, 2009

The process to download incident data from ROSS will be changing effective January 1, 2009. The Data Delivery System (DDS) currently used by Incident Management Teams and I-Suite users to download ROSS data for import into I-Suite will no longer be available after December 31, 2008.  This functionality will be replaced by Cognos® User Community Reports beginning January 1, 2009. Access to the Knowledge Database is through the Helpdesk website , or a link on the User Support Page of the I-Suite web site.
