The 197th Infantry Brigade trains combat skills and support training of the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), the United States Army Infantry School (USAIS), and Infantry Soldiers and Leaders through subject matter expertise, doctrine development, and experimentation while supporting Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) personnel replacement requirements in order to provide the Army with Soldiers and Leaders prepared to fight and win.
