The state-of-the-art fitness center offers two full-size basketball courts, racquetball courts, indoor running track, skate ramp, climbing wall, as well as cardio and free-weights and various group fitness and personal training classes. The Wiesbaden Fitness Center staff is committed to your physical fitness needs.

Women's Equality Day Tournament

Intramural Sports: We offer seasonal sports for the entire year. In the summer flag football for all units, in the fall start of Basketball and during the winter month volleyball league and spring into softball. There are individual activities such as running, racquetball, power sports, wrestling and tennis or track and field.

Basketball Season: Oct. 1 - Feb. 1
Flag Football Season: Aug. 1 - Oct. 30
Softball Season: May 27 - July 30
Volleyball Season: March 1 - May 30
Community Sports Programs: The Wiesbaden Sports and Fitness professionals are always recruiting individuals for participation in team sports such as Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Softball, Wrestling, and Boxing. We offer conditioning training and the best competition at home and travel. Individuals just need sign-up at any sports & fitness office.
 
Aerobics and Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Rosanne Sarkissian, kickboxing class
Body Tone: High-energy resistance training class for all fitness levels
Cardio Kickboxing: Punch and kick your way to a new body. This class is high energy with a combination of martial arts with some hi/lo movements
Muscle Failure: This class is a full body workout that incorporates weights, resistance, stability and endurance conditioning. One will push their muscles to failure and watch their body transform. This class is for anyone ready for a physical challenge and fun.
Spin: A high-intensity cycle class that infuses rhythmic riding in and out of the saddle, offering an interval cardio workout for any level. Guaranteed to work you while having fun. Note: The class is held in the dark with black and red lights.
Step/Kick: Energizing step class involving cardio kickboxing moves. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Yoga

Power Yoga: Strength and flexibility moves that will burn calories and sculpt lean muscle mass. Each class begins and ends with deep relaxation for the total yoga experience.

Punk Rock Yoga: It's Hatha Yoga with a twist. It offers an openminded, straight forward approach to yoga while embracing the tradition of Do It Yourself. The instructor focuses on strength and endurance, while infusing playfulness and humor into class. Feel free to create you own freeform movement.

Let us help you keep your fitness resolutions this year. Call mil 337‑5943/5541 to get a Personal Trainer today. Cost is $45/session, $200/5 sessions or $300/10 sessions. Group discounts available for up to four people.
