If you are interested in conducting research at one of the NOAA Baseline Observatories, please submit a Request Form. If you already conduct research at NOAA's Baseline Observatories, please complete the renewal portion of the form. The form is a fillable pdf file. When finished filling in the form, return it either by email or mailed as a hard copy to the address below.

Please note that Summit, Greenland and South Pole, Antarctica are operated and managed by the National Science Foundation and approval for research at these sites needs to come from them (www.nsf.gov).
