Reservist awarded Airman's Medal

Col. Steve Arthur, 442nd Fighter Wing commander, awards Master Sgt. Bob Jackson, 442nd Maintenance Squadron, the Airman's Medal during the September unit training assembly commander's call. the citation for the award said that Sergeant Jackson "distinguished himself by heroism involving voluntary risk of life" while serving in Iraq in 2003.
