EEOC Procurement Forecast

FY 2013

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Procurement Forecast is prepared annually in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Section 501. The forecast is one of many tools available to small businesses to assist in planning their federal government marketing efforts. The FY 2013 forecast provides information on anticipated EEOC procurements over and under the simplified acquisition threshold (See FAR 2.101). The forecast is for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute a specific offer or commitment by the EEOC to fund in whole or in part any of the procurements referenced herein.
