Upon the conclusion of the reading, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 5:00 p.m. with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. Following morning business, the Senate will proceed to the nomination of Robert Bacharach, of Oklahoma, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit with up to 30 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled between Senators Leahy and Grassley or their designees. Upon the use or yielding back of time (approx. 5:30 p.m.), there will be a roll call vote on confirmation.
