IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only those persons registered with and authorized by DEA to import or export controlled substances may utilize/submit declarations and applications for permits.
- TRANSSHIPMENT OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
A controlled substance may be imported into the United States for transshipment, or may be transferred or transshipped within the United States for immediate exportation, provided that written notice is submitted to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). See Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Section 1312.31 and 1312.32 for more details.
