A damper is a piece of equipment that puts stress on the blade of a helicopter and allows the blade to move side to side while conducting routine maintenance. Soaring Angel 13-1 is a collaborative tactical training exercise hosted by the 129th Rescue Wing designed to demonstrate the wing’s rescue and deployable capabilities and interoperability with joint forces.
