The Office of Administration's (QA) functions are: 

  • Analyze and develop human capital strategies and initiatives
  • Identifies workforce requirements, development, and retention programs
  • Provide efficiently managed and secure collaborative workplace 
  • Coordinate with property owners / lessors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of building
  • Provides Occupant Emergency Planning for FAS Central Office employees
  • Ensure compliance with investigative standards for national security / suitability investigations
