Since there is not a monopoly in this sector, each card company will charge fees to remain competitive. The fees they charge are not out of line. I am sure companies like Wal-mart dictate to the card companies too. So please leave these companies alone. The real monsters are the oil companies. Maybe they should be the ones that are regulated!<BR></body></html>
