The OER Data Management Team (OER DMT) is charged with insuring that the data and information compiled, recorded, collected, produced, or otherwise generated on an expedition are stewarded through an end-to-end series of workflow and data processes from cruise and data management planning, through execution of the data management plans and pipelines during the cruise, to post-cruise data documentation and archive, and finally to discovery and access of the cruise data and data products. The Data Management Team is always looking for ways to streamline the process, make it more efficient, and ensure that the data are fully-documented, discoverable to a wide audience, accessible in useful formats, and preserved indefinitely.
